Great experience flying with the team at Icaro Paragliding! I was traveling around Peru flying and stopped by for a couple of days of flying and had an amazing time. Incredible views, great people, and some awesome flying. I’ll definitely be back soon for more.

Very good paragliding school with high safety standards and very welcoming, supportive, and experienced certified instructors. Guillermo and Fernando offer tandem flights, solo flights, and courses (English or Spanish). I took a 3-day paragliding course, which I would highly recommend to everyone! A must-do when visiting Huacachina. I ended up staying longer because of the course and would have stayed even longer if I had had more time. They picked me up from my hostel every day and even lent me their GoPro to film the flights. Very kind people and a lovely, family-like atmosphere to learn paragliding.

My spouse & I booked both the Sunrise & Sunset for the same day with Icara Paragliding. Let’s just say, we had no regrets!!! It was our favorite activity in Huacachina, Peru.

The vast and massive sand dunes are epic, contrasted by the beautiful colors of the sky. It’s hard to describe the sensation of soaring over such a landscape.

Guillermo is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable paraglider who made a point of creating a safe, thrilling, and beautiful experience. He was flexible with start times to make sure we got the best wind conditions possible. His assistant David brought along an infectious smile, enthusiasm, & playlist of tunes. It was obvious these kind humans were passionate about what they did.
